Useful info

If you already have a reservation with us or are about to make it, these info on the structure and on the rules for entering the center and parking will be very useful.

It is essential to organize check-in with the property as there is no reception office

- CHECK IN TIME: we need to have the details on the time of your check in to better organize your reception.

(if you arrive by flight, please let us know your landing time and how you will reach us)

Generally we personally take care of the reception, but where we cannot be present we have a very useful self check in system with codes that will be provided to you before arrival via whatsapp.

- HOW TO REACH US

FROM THE AIRPORT

The airport is about 35km from the city center and therefore from our structure.

The public transport to reach us are varied between bus, train and taxi sharing with specific times but if you want we can provide you with our pick up service to and from the airport which has a total cost of:

* € 45.00 2 pax

* € 50.00 € 3/4 pax

* € 60.00 5/6 pax

* € 70.00 7 pax

One of our drivers will contact you personally before arrival to arrange all the details of the appointment, 30/40 minutes you will be in the apartment.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR

 it is important that you know that the entire historic center of Palermo is located in the restricted traffic area managed by cameras at times, which vary as follows:

Ztl timetable

All year round From Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 20:00

and during the weekend it changes according to the period:

- from 1st May to 31st October:

Friday from 8:00 to 24: 00 / 00.00

Saturday from 00.00 to 6:00 and from 20:00 to 6:00 on Sundays

Sunday free during the day and active from 0.00 to 6.00 on Monday to restart at 8.00

- From November 1st to April 30th

Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 and from 23.00 to 24.00 / 0.00

Saturday from 00.00 to 6:00 and from 23:00 to 6:00 on Sundays

Sunday free during the day and active from 0.00 to 6.00 on Monday to restart at 8.00

You can have access at any time but to have regular access, therefore in compliance with the rules and avoiding a fine, you need to buy a ticket of € 5 at a tobacconist or authorized point of sale, which can also be purchased after passing through the camera and entrance in ZTL, as the ticket can be validated by midnight.

HOW TO VALIDATE THE ZTL TICKET? you have to send a text message to a dedicated number following the instructions on the back of the purchased ticket.

HOW LONG DOES THE TICKET LAST? It will be valid for the entire day of entry into the ZTL and also for the night of that day (until 6 am the next morning)

- PARKING: 

it is possible to park the car for free in the same street as the apartment, or in the neighboring streets, alternatively we can provide contacts for private car parks guarded in the area, which have a cost of € 15.00 per day 24h for a regular car , the price increases for minivans.
